I do quite a bit of shopping online and whenever I see that a merchant uses OnTrac I shudder!!!. I was expecting a package yesterday but we both work all day so there is no one at home. I tracked the package from work and it said DELIVERED. Even though we live in a gated complex sometimes UPS or USPS will leave it right at our unit door which has always been a safe bet. However when I got home...no package...no note...no nothing! I looked at the tracking details again and it sad \"Front\". So they either just threw the package on the street side of the front gate for anyone to grab it or they weren't there at all. Of course you can never get thru by phone....on hold for almost an hour...finally left my number for a call-back. They called back over 1 hour later took my info, said they would contact the driver and get right back to me. Still waiting....! Where is my package OnTrac??? And why do I have to jump thru your hoops. You are the worst service ever....I used to think it was UPS but they're perfect compared to you guys.
