"This was the first Aijsen Ramen in Toronto and I remember being really excited about coming here - being a fan of the chain in Hong Kong. \n\nI remember when it first opened, there was always a line up. Once they came out and served us tea. And when you come in, they all shout at you Guu style. \n\nWe more recently on a Thursday night at 7pm. It was half full (or empty, however you want to see it). They weren't as friendly as they used to be. \n\nThe menu has evolved into this crazy 10 page book. The low down: You can get almost any combination of soups and meat, including japanese beef steak, vegetarian, lamb, chicken, tempura etc. Their soups include Tom Yum soup, Kimchi soup, regular broth among others. I didn't see the miso soup version I used to like. \n\nThere are also rice plates and set dinners if the soup isn't to your liking. I remember their eel rice was really yummy, but that was a long time ago. \n\nTwo people $20."^^ . . "3"^^ .
