"2017-04-27T00:00:00"^^ . "I booked my room on the Choice hotels website about 6 weeks before my stay. There was a glitch and it booked me into 2 prepaid rooms with no refund. I won't go into the 6 week process of trying to get it fixed but was told on numerous occasions by the hotel manager that it was refunded by the hotel. I finally had to call my credit card help line and dispute the charge which they took care of in less than 24 hours.\nI arrived at the location and was greeted by Jennifer who was very friendly and professional. My room was on the 3rd floor and backed up to the freeway and next to the elevator. Good thing I brought my sound machine from home! Even with that, the noise was too much. There was a giant dumpster outside my window that was overflowing with garbage. It was removed about 4 days into my stay. My room ventilation sucked in the cigarette smoke from outside. There is no entrance in the back, so if you come back late, you must circle the building which is uncomfortable considering some of the clientele. The condition of the room was not appealing. Food stuck on the bed skirt with grease stains and many stains on the carpet. I would have left immediately had I not prepaid. Breakfast food was questionable. I did not use housekeeping because of my ongoing dispute of the double charge.
