The salsa and chips combo had a kick, and the toppings balanced the dish. Only downside, gotta eat it quickly so the chips don't soggy!\n \nAppetizer: Tomato Burrata and Crispy Broccolini\nThe burrata was very similar to a bruschetta, with a honey reduction. The honey complimented the cheese. The broccolini sounds very odd, and I'm not sure what they do to it, but it's definitely worth a try! It's a very unique flavor and a great new spin on broccoli. \n \nDinner: Pappardelle Pasta\nThe pasta was incredibly fresh, and the mushrooms weren't overpowering.
