"1"^^ . . "I sent an online request to Kiwi about a carpet repair late one night. The next morning there was an email in my inbox offering up times when a tech could come out and take a look and give an estimate. I sent an email back saying with the times I could be home, but also mentioned that I happened to be home that day and I offered to have them come by that day. She responded that the tech could be there at 11AM. Turns out the tech showed up at 10, and asked if was ok for him to be there early. I was totally fine with it, he came in, gave it a look and told me the price...which was very very reasonable and he went to work. He was done around 10:45.
