I don't have any surprises when it comes to my color or cut which is difficult to find in a hairstylist such as the color not being exactly right or the cut not right. The shop is located in the perfect location! It's accessible, easy to locate, and very relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention that the shop has a very personal touch not like you get at a salon you can tell the ladies have a personal investment in their clients and they enjoy what they do.
