My first experience was great, and why I chose not to use them after that I still have not figured out yet. However, after taking some outstanding citations to other traffic ticket places and being COMPLETELY dissatisfied (please see my other review of $10 Tickets on S. Eastern Ave), I decided to go back to ETraffic. \nI initially called and spoke with the receptionist, who was great. She told me I didnt even need to go down there (kind of a far drive for me). All she needed was the citation numbers. Shortly after an attorney returned my call. He was the best, and I am so greatful for an establishment that values good customer service. He was not only polite and helpful, he only charged me for one citation when I had two. Wow! \nI faxed him the needed documentation. He went to court and what I really liked is that he kept in contact with me the entire time to let me know what was going on. He not only emailed, but also called and sent me a written letter (which BTW $10 Tickets DID NOT DO. They only emailed me. The email went to my spam and i never got it. I finally called them when I hadn't heard anything from them, and found out that it did go to my Spam and I ended up missing the payment due date of the fine they had not gotten reduced!) I had to provide the courts with additional documentation and Szu, my attorney, offered to take them to the courts for me. Again.. I am impressed. With a mom of three, in school, and my husband working out of town, time is limited for me. His above and beyond customer service was/is ever so appreciated!\n\nI couldn't be happier with Szu and ETraffic Citation. I will always use them now, as well as my husband, and refer them to friends whenever the opportunity arises.\n\nThank you Szu, again. I am very greatful for all your help and your awesome service. I wish others could learn from you!"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
