"5 30 17 - I decided to purchase eye glasses with them. The entire staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. Very clean environment. Even so I had a very UNPRODUCTIVE, STRESSFUL WASTE OF MY TIME EXPERIENCE with the glasses situation. I felt although polite Michael Johnson OD was really not all that experienced with older problematic eyes. I felt like he was herding me into either cataract surgery or macular warp. First visit he insisted I go to see a Retina Specialist. I just wanted GLASSES. Additional co pay was not welcome either. Got glasses was NOT a good fit. I kept getting headaches when wearing them (my old glasses, no headache). He made me feel like I was a lost cause for glasses after shelling out close to $400. Also tried to give me a touch my eye with an instrument for glaucoma test. I walked out. I had a dreadful previous ex with the touch in the eye instrument. Either the touch was off or the instrument was not clean. My eye was blood red, burning and tearing for 3-4 days. Thought I had permanent damage had to see a retina specialist to be sure there was no permanent damage. THIS INCIDENT WAS NOT DONE AT CIGNA BUT THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD EVER ALLOW THIS TO BE DONE TO ME AGAIN. The UP SIDE, he suggested I return the glasses for a refund. 4 ****'s for Lori Barker Harvey Optician at the Optical Store no muss, no fuss FULL REFUND.
