So lazy. If you really wanted to rectify the situation and try and earn business you would work hard and make necessary calls. After ruining my credit and bring it so far down after wasting my time with lies and false hopes I went to BMW chapman and they approved me within 3hours even after you killed my credit and I walked away with the turbo charged Juke that we wanted more than your over priced vehicle that's been listed on craigslist forever. Which makes me wonder about the process in which you handle your customers. Looking back the car on your lot is way overpriced and happy by all these review below we didn't purchase from you. At this point I'm so happy we never went with your dealership and now we have a great relationship with the guys over at BMW chapman that know the difference between helping someone and providing great customer service. \n\n My experience wth this dealership and Rashaud who is in the internet sales department assured me he could help after I told him everything going on before he pulled my credit for nothing. He told me if you have a loan now I can get you into this car but the reason he couldn't get me in was just that. He told me multiple times he would call me back within an hour or two and I never received calls from him. When I called the financing department they informed me the application wasn't complete and they don't have time to work on it until tomorrow. Don't listen to the sales guy they have no idea what's going on, let alone can even transfer correct information over the phone on an application. It took about 24 hours to get a denial and then he told me that the lenders didn't get back to him last night when after talking to the finance department the night before they expressed that they were doing end of month and didn't have time to even review it. Just more lies coming out of your mouth. Keep your mouth shut and don't make promises or guarantees you can't control and stop wasting everyone's time just to ruin our credit."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
