"Like everyone else who has been forced to use this company through their home warranty, I had a terrible experience. \n\nEvery review mentions a terrible woman running the phones over there. Her name is Ruby, and she has the worst customer service skills (or human being skills) of anyone I have ever had to make an attempt to communicate with. She is arrogant, argumentative, disorganized, and makes attempting to piece together a transaction with this company damn near impossible. She told me \"My tech knows what he's doing\" and hung up on me when I questioned their diagnosis, told me she didn't like the credit card I used (apparently I wanted her opinion on that), screwed up the scheduling, lost my contact info, gave misinformation to my warranty company, and apparently did everything else in her power to make sure I would never use that company again.\n\n2-10 Home Warranty uses them in the Phoenix area and I have already reached out to them to try and get them removed as a vendor. If you ever have them assigned to a service call, RUN the other direction, demand your warranty company re-assign the work order or find a new warranty company."^^ . "2"^^ .
