Well I took the time to write this review because I always find time to make sure when someone takes care of me and my family they get the credit they deserve. Gary at Element Carpet Cleaning offers competitive pricing and does an amazing job. That's also what a bunch of other companies offer. (Not as good as Element, but close.) What sets Gary and his family owned company apart is the customer service piece of owner a business that other companies today just flat out don't care about. On time, returns messages quickly, pays attention to details when cleaning, polite, and friendly while maintaining a professional company.
