"Worst experience I've ever had with any business ANYWHERE. \n\nKenmore elite washer machine began making a loud noise on spin cycle like a freight train was rolling through my house . Called sears home warranty . Transferred to somewhere in the phillipines and told repair would be done on November 7 . \n\nTheir tech comes to my home on November 7 and says the problem is the bearings and he doesn't have the parts but they should be here by nov 14. Mind you the parts are coming from California and I live in Nevada - that's a one day ground delivery time by ups or fedex. Nonetheless I agree. Nov 14 arrives , no parts and Sears cancels my appointment and pushes it to 11/24. On Friday night 11/17 the parts arrive . I call Saturday 11/18 to sears and they schedule my appointment for tues 11/21. Tuesday rolls around and I get an email - no phone call - from sears cancelling my appointment 29 minutes before hand. I call and am told that due to their employee calling out sick and his health they can not schedule me until Monday 11/27 now.\n\nI ask for a supervisor now and speak with Tara #300217 who is in the phillipines . She is quite rude even after I explain I have a newborn baby and we have no means to wash his clothes and need their very next available appointment. She says no, I now will have to wait another week. She says it is NOT a priority and her response is that I can speak to NO ONE else, no one local or national and she does not divulge her manager info or allow customers to escalate beyond her.\n\nI then call back and get a tech rep in the United States names Kristen who gets me a next day appt!!\n \nThis will be the last time I buy kenmore or use sears for anything !!!! What a ridiculous way to do businesses!!!\n\nStill no washer machine fixed and I can't trust that they will keep their appointments anymore .
