They were the most expensive of the 4 bids we obtained, but they were able to work us in the schedule right away which is why we chose them. The estimator showed up on time at our home and was very friendly and answered all our questions. She explained to us what to expect and how APC will complete the job. We were given a timeline of 7 days to complete the job.\nThe day the painters were scheduled to start work, they arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and entered the home. Now we were supposed to meet the crew there at the scheduled time to let them in and disarm the alarm. The alarm went off and the police were dispatched. We were not notified by anybody at APC that the crew would be arriving early nor were we even notified by the crew when they set the alarm off. We could not stay with the crew while they were working for the entire week so we explained our expectations to the crew leader and left them to work after being reassured their work was the best and not to worry.\nWe were notified late the next day they wanted to have a final walk-thru the following day at noon (that's two days earlier then they told us initially). We arrived at the home for the walk thru and were disappointed of the quality of work and cleanup. I took over 50 pictures of damage I wish I could post them all - this all ranged from damaged walls; painted over switches and receptacles; damaged vertical blinds (they left them outside in the sun while they were painting and ALL of them warped and twisted); doors painted shut; doors that were missed completely; paint on carpet, cabinets, concrete, tile, pretty much overspray and drips on everything, and missing finish where tape was pulled off surfaces.\nNow if I can dig any positive out of this, they did repair repaint and replace anything we brought to their attention. We did get a manager involved because of the amount of damage and APC did work with us to make sure we were happy in the end. What is very frustrating and irritating is all this could have been avoided if they weren't in a rush to finish and they took a little extra time to be more careful. We may have had a different result if someone had been there watching, but even that shouldn't be necessary."^^ . "2016-10-01T00:00:00"^^ . . .
