Since I bought my car I've always had Honda service it for everything and with how they treated me last week I'll never go back. It's all a money grab. They will try to force you to do fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. They told me if I didn't service my brakes with them they would take my VIP status away from me. My argument was my rotors and pads were changed a month ago and don't feel like I need to service BRAND NEW rotors and pads. Also told me I HAVE to rotate my tires and I didn't want to do that since I have to put my winter tires on in 2 weeks... the worst part about all this is that I was dealing with the service manager Raymond there.... never will I return, they lost a very loyal customer."^^ . .
