The instructor walks around the class to correct your form, which is really helpful. The key to barre that really works your muscles is in the repetitive pulsing movements. \n\nYou can sign up for a free week to try it out. The classes are fun and the time goes quickly. For the classes, you should wear tight-fitting clothes like you would wear for yoga and also wear socks (helps move around on the carpet better).
