"Although Outcast crossfit has been my first crossfit experience I've been participating in sports pretty much my whole life and know a great program when I see one. I have a diverse athletic background but for the past few years have been running road races and lifting weights at the gym. \n\nI have to say that gym environment and experienced coaches that evince unique personal perspectives on coaching and training, yet understand that everyone has a different goal is a wonderful thing. Each coach pushes for you to achieve your potential while allowing you to scale a workout according to your skill level. Within the first week I learned my strengths and my weaknesses!!!! What an eye opening experience! \n\nI started off with the complimentary 3 day package to get my feet wet. After that I signed up for 3 months to make sure I'd still be able to make the workouts with my crazy life schedule. Between crossfit classes and open gym times ranging from 5:30 am to 7pm at night, 7 days a week there is ample flexibility to get in your WOD since you aren't restricted to attend specific classes. \n\n The end of June was the end of my 3 month membership(...not going to lie..I think I was sore everyday for that first three months , but once my body got accustomed to the new movements the soreness subsided.) July 1st I signed up for a full year. I've improved my strength, conditioning, flexibility, mental fortitude, made new friends of all ages and I can climb a rope to the ceiling with the best of them!!!! All I can say is that I'm excited to see what my future with outcast crossfit will bring!!! What are you waiting for!! Come on down and check it out!"^^ .
