We used to frequent most of the popular sushi spots on the entire west side of Vegas but from now on we have no reason to go anywhere but Jjanga.  The chefs are amazing and have great personalities (take good care of them and they'll get creative for you) and the staff is friendly and attentive.  The grapefruit sake is awesome on its own or in a sake-bomb and the menu is refreshingly different from other places around town.  We like the fun, upbeat atmosphere and have enjoyed the sushi bar, small groups in the main dining area as well as large parties in their private room.
