I found a good deal for an appliance on a competitor's website but the sale ended that same day. I could have bought that deal immediately online, but I called Sears because for some reason I thought they had a better reputation. The man on the phone said that I could save a screen shot of the sale and take it to a Sears location within 30 days. So I took the screen shot and went to Sears on Yonge Street a few days later. The sales person told me he could not match the sale price because the sale was over, but instead offered me a \"deal\" for over a hundred dollars more that what I could have got online. I asked to speak with the manager, who told me that he could not match the deal unless I had proof of what the man had told me over the phone. I went home and called back, but the man I spoke to previously on the phone didn't take any notes of his call, i.e. did not do his job, and therefore I couldn't get my appliance. I ended up buying from Appliance Canada."^^ . "1"^^ . "3"^^ .
