Turns out the registered me for the wrong license even though it was on my form. They then spent at least 45 mins on the phone with the MVD to fix it.\n\nThey also showed other people their license photos and didn't offer me that - when it printed it was awful (and I'm not that picky)\n\nSo I paid around $60 to waste my time for \"convenience\" and when I mentioned it was not convenient they didn't even offer a discount - if you make a customer wait almost 2 hours there should be a discount -\n\nAlso while I was sitting there someone came in and and showed them they had made a mistake on their middle name but the woman didn't notice until she went to TSA so they recharged her for their mistake.\n\nAnother woman had paperwork faxed over and they said it came in but they couldn't find it.\n\nAs customers we pay convenience fees for conveniences not inconveniences.\n\nUpdate - just got my card in the mail and I thought I was signing a receipt and the sloppy signature which doesn't match my official signature ended up on my drivers license so now I need to contact the MVD.
