"Great purchase experience but the delivery process really left a bad impression. \n\nAfter purchasing a new home we had been without washer/dryer for a couple weeks and were in dire need of a laundry weekend. Made purchase on Wednesday for Friday delivery - yay! I get a voicemail that the delivery needs to be pushed to Saturday - ok? Delivery guy does install on Saturday and claims the entire washer is broken so a new one will have to come on Monday, we should call our sales guy - ugh.\n\nHusband does some tinkering and has the washer working just fine, it appears the deliverer was just using a weird setting during his testing. Washed ten loads that weekend without issue.\n\nDuring all of this on Saturday I called Spencer's as instructed by delivery person - the person I spoke with was super annoyed with my call. After asking for his name and calling out that I was catching on to his attitude, he called me back to apologize for his short tone, there were just a lot of calls coming in. It was quite a shock to be the customer bothering the company that has been bumbling your appliance purchase!\n\nI really wanted this all to work because we enjoyed our salesperson so much but it just didn't go as well as it could have."^^ .
