Everything was perfect!\n\nThe details...\nChristmas dinner is a four course menu for $90 excluding drinks. There were several options to choose from for each course. \n\nFor my first course, I chose the crab stack. Several of my family members chose the gnocchi and another chose the beef carpaccio. Whatever you chose, it was big enough to be an entree. \n\nFor the second course, there was a choice of two salads and a lobster bisque. Everyone in my party chose the beet salad. It was very good and also huge! We were told that the lobster bisque was the most popular choice of the evening and from what I could see, it looked amazing. I guess we are salad people in my family!\n\nFor the main event, the choices were rack of lamb, steak, sea bass, duck, vegetable wellington and I believe one other. I chose the duck! It was served as a sliced breast and one leg. Absolutely perfect! \nThe lamb, steak and vegetable entrees were selected by family members. Everyone said their choices were fantastic! \n\nWe were all stuffed, but had to try the included dessert. I chose the peppermint cheesecake. It was good, but a little heavy on the peppermint. My other family members tried one other desserts and enjoyed them. \n\nAll of the courses were huge. Elements did not skimp whatsoever on any of the courses which is what normally happens with a set menu. \nThis was worth every penny! \n\nI also want to add that we were not rushed by our server. All courses were perfectly paced which made for a very nice evening. \n\nAnother nice thing about Elements is the very beautiful view of Paradise Valley from the restaurant. \n\nI can't wait to go back to try their regular menu! \n\nEnjoy!"^^ .
