They've always had good bagels, but each time I left wanting a little more in terms of service. But not today.\n\nI don't know what they've changed, but my experience today was top notch. They had at least 10 employees working behind the counter, they've installed a new ticket system with order numbers (much more efficient!), and the coffee was 100% stocked. I was even asked by two different employees how my day was going! They've definitely stepped service up and it shows. Thanks, Owen's!"^^ . . .
