It has stretched & has bumps.  I literally keep tripping on it.  Heavenly Scent Pros did not even take the time to come see it in person. \n\nIF I had been forewarned that it \"may stretch\", you \"may get bumps\" I would have never had it done.  They are taking NO responsibility.\n\nTHE BLAME:\n1.  The company that installed it 4 years ago \n2.  Chemistry 101 ... steam/stretching & mumbo jumbo carpet jargon\n\nWhen I ask how it never happened before when I had it cleaned, Chad has NO explanation & says it will be $120 for it to be stretched out & I have to pay for that.  I'm disgusted ... My carpet was beautiful & excellent quality.  \n\nBeautiful Carpet + Heavenly Scent Pros = RUINED CARPET \n\nPLEASE do your research & read reviews ... don't use this company.
