I visited New Orleans for the first time last month.  I loved walking in here and hearing the Cajun music blaring.  For those who have Celiac, nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten free, and without an additional charge.  I had fried shrimp, fried pickles, and cajun chips.  It was heavenly - especially after not having fried food at all in nearly 4 years!  My husband had an alligator po boy and gumbo.  He enjoyed it immensely.  I had a bite of his gumbo and it tasted just like the one that I had in NOLA.
