The staff is horrible and the complex is run down and along with the landscaping. It would take maintenance days and maybe a week to come do a service order requested thru the front office. We had our garage door open and close on its own repeatedly without the opener and called the front office to have it fixed and it was never repaired. Finally had to unplug the garage so nothing would get stolen when we weren't home. When we first moved in the filters haven't been changed the fixtures were filthy and silicone all over the floors and sinks from previous repairs. The front door weatherstripping and threshold was trashed and never repaired after we sent in the request. Also the window screens had holes in them and also never replaced after request was sent in. Last but not least the rent is expensive for no more then they offer and the horrible customer service. There are better places to live that are nicer and in the same area."^^ .
