We were looking for van to replace our Dodge Charger which simply couldn't hold all the family, dogs, and gear we have to haul around for the kids' sports and trips. We found a van, a Kia Sedona, which fit our needs and the price was inline with the market and estimates from KBB and other pricing sites. The purchasing and trade in experiences were fine, pretty much the same as before and the offer for our Charger was nearly spot on for what I knew it was worth, so no issues there. The problems this time were with the condition of the van upon delivery and followup. The van was dirty inside. It was a previous rental so I expect some wear and tear, but not dirt and grime everywhere. The driver's visor was nasty with fingerprints and dirt. The rear cupholders had so much buildup I could scrap it out with my fingernails, not good. How did I miss this on the test drive? We went late in the day and the sun was already low in the sky so the lighting wasn't the greatest. The rear cabin light in the van was inoperative too so that didn't help. We noted this on the survey that CarMax sent us but no followup was ever done by them or our salesperson (which is odd to me as every other CarMax experience I've had someone ALWAYS followed up with me after the sale). The salesperson also assured us the cabin light would be fixed before we left with the van, but it was not. Overall this is the most disappointing experience with CarMax to date. I'm not sure I'll go back to them again."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "2"^^ . . "2016-10-16T00:00:00"^^ .
