Today I had to return 2 items that were intended for gifts that didn't work out. The cashier Jean had a fit that she had to give me cash because it would mess up her drawer. She then tried to convince me to take a store credit. I've had this happened to me several times when I worked in retail but I never made the situation the customers concern. I'm disappoint by the customer service I've received. The store is beautiful but they could use a staff training on how to treat loyal customers."^^ . . . "0"^^ .
