"Terrible service, poor communication from the airlines to the passengers. My flight was delayed on a beautiful day, nobody knows why, not getting much help from the staff, sometimes rude and inpatient with customers.\n\nQuick update, 3 hours later, still waiting for the flight to Tucson.
