As a serious runner, I appreciate the time the RFYL staff takes to ask about your running habits and frequency. They don't have a huge selection, but carry a decent amount of the newest models for the big name brands like ASICS, Brooks, and Saucony. They have Hoka and Altra as well.\n\nMy only disappointment was that they didn't have the new Saucony Zealot ISO 3.\n\nThey have a fitting process similar to other specialty stores with a treadmill in-house to analyze gait and foot pronation. The first time I came in to get fitted they filmed me running outside and then found shoes tailored to my running style and foot-strike. \n\nAs far as price goes, with a specialty store you should know you're going to spend over $100 on a pair of running shoes. For beginners, I'm sure RFYL takes the time to educate you on how many miles per shoe and how often you should be running. \n\nThey have a cool apparel section, although limited. They also carry some great mid-run and post-run nutrition. After $250 spent you get $25 in store credit."^^ . .
