The staff are rude the management is poor. They have had several incidents one including a death which they say we have no control over yet why is there access to the roof for anyone to jump off???? They make you pay  for B.S. it's not a place to live for the price and def not a family atmosphere. They will overcharge you and make several mistakes yet they won't admit it. STAY AWAY... this coming from a veteran of the armed forces and a healthcare professional.  Also the management is anti veteran and very disrespectful"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
