"2017-12-09T00:00:00"^^ . "I'm a local and it was my best friends birthday, so I was racking my brain trying to figure out exactly where I wanted to take her for her birthday. What's funny is I see this darn Ferris wheel every day of my life, and how could I completely ignore this? She has been speaking about it for months! When I found out that the pods were open to have happy hour in, I figured this was perfect. Absolutely perfect. After a few minutes searching online I bought the tickets on groupon (seemed to be the best price until I found out locals get half hour). 92 dollars and a few days later we showed up to the Linq with vouchers in hand. It wasn't necessarily easy to find our way to it but once we did that all we had to was flash our passes and we got ushered through all the waits and lines.\n \nWe finally made it to the \"top\" and they ushered us to the happy hour line. It was a long line but to be honest after 10 minutes we were at the front. Now it was super weird that the pod didn't actually stop and let us on, but we had to sort of jump in before we missed it and the doors closed. Not so safe for people that are drinking but I digress on that too. As soon as the doors closed we jumped straight to the bar. The bartender was on his game ready to make dreams and drinks comes true. The pod was pretty spacious held about 20ish people. The ride lasted about 30 minutes and the views were incredible. The drinks were strong and the conversations with the various strangers were interesting. All In all it was a 5 star experience and glad to say it was something to do!"^^ . "0"^^ . . . . "1"^^ .
