"2"^^ . . . "This place is basically a joke. Bought a $6,500 tub and two months later pump goes out on one of the loungers. We called them to get them to come fix it or replace it (seems to be a lemon) and although covered by a warranty there is a \"$50 travel/gas charge\" to come out and look at it. Of course they don't explain that to you when you are signing the papers. It's been almost seven days and they are still not out looking to fix it (now they tell me it will be another two days before they can come out). Is this the type of customer service you want when you spend that kind of money on a luxury item? They should be ashamed of themselves. Last time I do business here. Disappointing for sure."^^ .
