Then took xrays, with a very nice dental assistant. Told the doctor before xrays and after it was my gums and maybe a minor cavity he looked at the xrays told me that the area was minor and I repeated with\nMy first concern that brought me in, my gums; and he looked confused not sure of what I just mention! Went to the receptionist for a receipt and next appointment was seated with a girl who was shaking and looked obviously aggravated! I politely asked for a receipt was told \"well I would have to type it in\" and she then talked down as if I was a child. Just wished I was told more about the gold plan. Later did I see there was a monthly charge. The doctor said she would go over it all! So I assumed that is what she was going to do. seeing she was aggravated I did not get a receipt. I told the girl Jenson, you really have a bad attitude and she didn't apologize just angrily stared at her computer. Called back to ask if there is a closer location and that I didn't get a receipt if one could be emailed. Put on hold the doctor answered and immediately states without hearing my 1st question! Of is there a closer location and can I have documents emailed. Dr. Phillips states; \"I don't think this is gonna work out if you don't like my staff.\" Excuse me your staff are \"stellar\" just brought it to her attention that she could be more kind! Then he says \"well I would still like to treat you!\" All I wanted was a receipt. The doctor refused to see that a patient was treated rudely and not given the right paperwork, for that I would not go there! He should of heard the very first thing I asked about the location and been there to see it! I wouldn't make being treated rudely up!!! I only write good reviews and it saddens me to not get treatment due to a disgruntle receptionist. Dr. Phillips should of heard/seen the attitude before answering and took the time to apologize for not letting me know she wasn't the treatment coordinator. Communication is key and none was given except negative behavior and BAD customer service. Comfort Dental corporations should read these reviews and see the only \"good\" ones are from people who only have one review, this location being it where as other honest reviews are of people with real reviews from all over"^^ . .
