After leaving my car for an oil change and air filter, I got a call to say that they didn't have the air filter after all. When I pressed them on pulling a bait and switch to get me in the door, I was told that someone else got the last one. It had been 90 minutes since I called to check, and it's an uncommon vehicle. \n\nI suggested he go to AutoZone and pick one up at no cost to me to make up for it, and suddenly he decided my current air filter \"still l [had] some life in it.\"\n\nAlso, before redirecting the call, he said \"Hang on, let me transfer you back to the up-sell guy.\"  \n\nThese people are scum."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
