I am sure if you are spending thousands of dollars with them they will treat you like gold, but for a $60 maintenence service for your AC they make it clear they would rather be elsewhere. The guy who came out to our house ripped us off and thought he could get away with it. I scheduled a maintanence service for my AC where they add freeon and do all that kind of stuff to tune it up. We sure were charged for it, but the guy didn't do any of that stuff. All he did was look at our AC and tell my fianc\u00E9 we needed a new one, then left with our $60. I was at work at the time so I couldn't question him at that time. But I was extremely confused what we just paid that money for seeing as how he didn't do anything he was supposed to do. My fianc\u00E9 called customer service and asked what he was supposed to do for a task 22. She names off a number of things he didn't do. Fast forward to that guy calling my fianc\u00E9, and pretty much telling him what he did was a diagnosis for our AC which is a completely different task, and we found out nearly $30 cheaper. So we were charged for a tune up service and just given a diagnosis. When he was at our house he said he couldn't read any of the numbers on our AC to check freeon levels and all then, then on the phone he says he checked on all of that stuff and everything was fine. He blamed it on our AC which doesn't have anything to do with the fact that he overcharged us and he knew it and thought he could get away it, and when confronted he started back peddling. We got our money back which is all we cared about seeing as how my fianc\u00E9's time was wasted and we had paid for absolutely nothing. \n\n\n**Update** We were able to get a referred guy out here from a different company who confirmed the fact that our freeon levels were low, and the capacitor for the blower motor was reading 4.2 when it should have been 10, yet the guy at George Brazil said he couldn't read any of the numbers. So this guy fixed those two things and now our air is way colder than it was before and our house cooled down a lot faster which tells me these were the problems the whole time."^^ . "9"^^ . .
