I contacted him both times with somewhat restrictive hours and short notice and he made it work. We are incredibly grateful for his professional, courteous help. It definitely made everything less stressful. I had a lot of really heavy awkward wood furniture and stairs to navigate, and a lot of breakable crystal, glass, and art that I was nervous about being loaded and shifting in the pod while moving. However, after seeing the time and care they put into making sure everything was secure and padded I was quickly put at ease. They arrived early and worked the whole time even when I suggested a break! They are very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them!
