We called to tell them this and were told:\n\n1) she has to speak to the manager to see if they can give us a credit or refund for the items we didn't get. Apparently this isn't considered a given?\n\n2) if the manager approves, we can go to the restaurant and pick up our refund/credit.\n\nSo for tonight, I guess we just get to eat half a meal, but the good news is we might not have to pay for food we never got, as long as the manager approves. \n\nWith customer service like that, I doubt we'll bother with P & L again."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
