I work and have limited availability during daytime hours, which availability I communicated to Dakota. Dakota told me he would check his schedule and get back to me. He wasn't able to accommodate my schedule, but I moved some things on my schedule to accommodate him. We confirmed an appointment. One half hour before the appointment, Dakota called to tell me he was double booked and would be an hour late or we would have to schedule for the next day. I had previously told him that my appointment had to be early in the morning so an hour late doesn't work for me. In lieu, it would have to be later in the week. I'm thinking: You checked your schedule and there was no double booking at that time, three days later and only 30 minutes before my appointment, you call to tell me you're double booked! That implies you booked someone after me. Why was my appointment canceled and not the person who booked after me? I moved my schedule around to accommodate this company and there was absolutely no consideration of me, a potential customer. As a result, I did not, and will not, use this service. If a company doesn't make a good impression when they're courting me, I figure it goes downhill from there."^^ .
