He cut my hair twice and was SUPERB. \nI've been back 2 more times since Joey left. \n 2nd visit....waited 45 minutes. This was after my online check in time. \nI saw Jackie. Meh. a flat tire has more personality. I give the cut an 8. She didn't smile, didn't ask me anything. Jackie shouldn't be in the retail business if she's not a people person.\n\n3rd time- I checked in online for an 11:20 appt with Michelle, the manager. Got there at 11:10. It'll be 20 minutes. fine. no problem.\nShe's talking about herself to the customer.\nTalking to another stylist about hiring another stylist.\nAsking if this other stylist \ntick tock tick tock tick tock\n tick tock tick tock.\nONE HOUR LATER\nShe's sweeping the floor\ntaking tape out of the register\ntakes something out of her purse and goes into the bathroom.\n10 minutes more! \nI'm not sure what the reason is for checking in on-line if we're just going to sit there for an hour anyway. \nI sat there for an hour on purpose, waiting to see if at least ONE person said anything to me as I was the only one there.\nNOBODY said anything.\nI left.\nNot a phone call (you have to check in with a phone number)\n \nI'm going back to my \"real\" salon where they care about their customers."^^ .
