"4"^^ . "I rent cars about 15 times a year and was a little reluctant to rent from an unfamiliar name. On my most recent trip to Vegas I decided to give EZ a shot and see for myself how good/bad it was. \nI was very pleasantly surprised. I made my reservation online through EZ's site, picked up the car at Mccarran without any issues whatsoever and the return was simple and efficient. \nAt check in I was asked about insurance but not harassed about it. When I picked up the car they had a specific car reserved for me as opposed to picking from an assortment of vehicles like other companies. That is fine with me as long as it is in the same car class I reserved which mine was.\nI suggest that you take the time to inspect the vehicle and complete the form that you are provided when you pick up the car. A common complaint is being improperly assessed for damages to the vehicle. If you take the time to fill out the card and examine the vehicle you protect yourself against these problems.\nI was not offered the prepay fuel option at check in. Depending on the nature of my trip sometimes I take it and sometimes I don't. This time I did not. I should make one thing clear; no matter what rental car company you use you will not pay less per gallon purchasing prepay fuel than if you buy fuel on the street and fill it yourself. I have had agents from almost every rental car company tell me it is cheaper and all you have to do is go to a gas price website and find it's just not true. It used to be but not any more. Or you may pay less in prepay than at stations right by the airport like Chicago or Orlando where the stations near the airport juice the prices. So don't complain about it. It's a convenience and you have to decide if you want to pay for it with unused fuel.\nAll in all I had a good experience. I would use them again. I give 4 stars only because I've only used them once but my impression was very favorable."^^ . . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . "2014-11-22T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ .
