Very clean store and a huge selection.  \n\nThe only downside is the staff's expertise. Last winter, I bought a North Face winter jacket at Sail and after an horrible winter season with this jacket, I had to open a claim at North Face.  I was told by North Face that Sail sold me the wrong jacket for the activity type.\n\nLast but not least, driving to the store with the notorious traffic jams at the Dix30 is simply horrible.
