An example of this: a teacher rode in a taxi to school, because she drank that morning, then she continued to drink clear alcohol out of a water bottle and spent the day screaming and cussing at students. I heard students talking about how they had it on camera. This was before she was noticed by administrators. It took HOURS for any staff to recognized the drunk teacher. I believe it was about 4th hour (we only have 6 hours)."^^ .
