Was very clear on what the issue might be and possible costs -- came to the house within 10 minutes of making the work arrangement and Troy fixed everything and the quoted price was what I paid. He came and evaluated the problems; fixed the sink issue without charging me at all and basically changed the whole fixture in the toilet flushing system and the charge was way below what I paid a plumber before (April 2016) to look at and tighten a screw!! Big plus ... other plumbers charge weekend rates etc but not him. He's a rare breed of honest business man/plumber. Will definitely hit him up each time we have plumbing issues.
