"I would NOT recommend this office to anyone!!! Getting an appointment here is near impossible. The office staff is not efficient and they are NOT helpful at all. \nIt took 5 phone calls for me to get an appointment. I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen once I was given an appointment.\nFirst, they had to get my x-ray reports, verify insurance, and it took over 2 weeks for me to actually speak with someone to get scheduled. I was promised return phone calls to never hear from anyone. \nThe day before my appointment (Friday) one of the assistants called to confirm my appointment and inform me she needed me to get copies of previous films from Southwest Medical because their delivery service was \"slow\". Keep in mind she didn't call till Friday afternoon around 3:30pm.\nThe morning of my appointment I was only able to obtain a copy of the report not the actual films. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist said I would have to be rescheduled because they needed the actual films for doctor to compare, this I understand. Again, if they can't get the films what makes them think I can get them with no notice?!\nThe part I don't understand is when there was 3 weeks from the time I scheduled the appointment till the time of my actual visit, if they know the delivery service is slow from Southwest medical, why did they wait to request my films till the afternoon prior to my appointment. If they had called on Wednesday I would have gladly taken the time to get the information. \nI hope the issue I'm having turns out to be nothing or I will be consulting an attorney. \nThis is ashame because Dr. Spott is suppose to be a good doctor. Who would know if you can't get in to see her?\nThis office doesn't deserve the one star that I gave them!!!"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . . . "1"^^ . "2015-03-02T00:00:00"^^ . "2"^^ .
