It's not just this store, it's the entire chain. \nEver since George Zimmerman was cast aside, a different business model and clothing style was injected. \nI raised a family and brought both sons thru the Wearhouse from young kids thru their high school proms renting tuxes. 5 stars during those two decades. Seriously, great customer service, styles of clothing matched all ages. The stores most visited were in San Ramon, California. \nBut over the past few years, the designer shirts and jeans don't compete with Nords or other stores. \nThis past weekend I bought a sweater and one employee who is the only nice sales person I e run across in the past few years, helped me, wasn't pushy and let me know which sales were active. She then politely left me alone and helped two other customers near the dressing room. She checked on me once nicely. I thought, pretty nice. \nAfter I bought the sweater, a different employee rung me up. I initiated to tell her who helped me. When I had finished paying, I said, \"Merry Christmas and happy holidays.\" There was a pause, her response was, \"Ugh, thanks.\" I paused and thought, nope, I'm not going to engage, I just will never purchase from this dysfunctional business chain again. \nI called the manager two days later and was told she was surprised because that employee is so nice. I said, well I'm not making this up but employees will treat customers one way when a supervisor is around and another when not. \nI'm just disappointed that the once wonderful chain strived to have decades long employees and sold better clothes."^^ .
