Incorrectly brewed tea with bad flavor and not following my drink instructions. \n\nRepresentative was frantically sorting through customers really pushy and abrupt. When it was my turn I told her I was browsing the teas to decide what flavor combo I want for my tea to go, (as I do several times a month for the last 12+mos at various Teavana locations depending where I'm at). She referred to the \"menu\" and said I can ONLY pick from that. Being that I only drink herbal that left me two drink choices, which I didn't want. She was condescending and belligerent as she explained, \"It's a company wide policy since February so whoever is making those drinks for you isn't following policy.\" \n\nI had driven 18min from my house just for this drink. Since I could not order what I wanted, as I have always done, I walked out. On my way out I sampled one of the teas at the front and had conversation about the displeasing policy. The snappy woman came up front and said she will make my tea anyway but know that the policy had changed. I told her how much I appreciated it. When I told her what tea combo I would like she scrunched up her nose and went on about how I won't like it, and it needs combined with some other oolong flavor even though I had just explained I only drink herbal. Finally she made it (I told her I know I like that combo). It should take about 5min yet she handed me my iced tea in about 45sec, no steeping time and not sweetened at all despite my instructions. \n\n$5.30 to be harassed, not served, reluctantly served the worst watered down bitter tea I've ever had. And that is coming from a Teavana fiend I *normally* love this place. And I own almost every flavor at home, tins, sweetener, accessories and tea makers. This location has some terrible employees and \"policies.\""^^ . "1"^^ . .
