I was told when I called to schedule her appointment, that she would get in ASAP and that a D&C could be scheduled within that week. When at the appointment, we were told that it was ridiculous for scheduling to tell us that, and that they'd call by the end of the day to see about getting it scheduled. \n\nThey just called today to schedule the appointment for a D&C. IT HAS BEEN 17 DAYS SINCE HER APPOINTMENT. That could have potential health risks waiting that long. I cannot believe the lack of compassion and customer service. What if we had still been waiting? Luckily, we went to another doctor and had the D&C within 2 days. \n\nI will say that it's decorated somewhat nice, the rooms are pretty neat... However when we walked in, the staff came out into the lobby to ask questions and get paperwork, which I would assume is a HUGE HIPAA violation.
