"1"^^ . . . "We decided to by pass the usual, Mastro, Spago, STK, Mesa Grill, etc. ya know, what we always do, and I think it was kind of a mistake. Prime is located in the Bellagio, down a set of marble stairs facing the fountains. Now let me tell you, view and decor, absolutely me, fancy, fancy, fancy and that is 5 stars in my book, however, food..... Good, but not unforgettable. My husband ordered a $70 Porterhouse, which is a downgrade to his usual $120 Japanese Waygu, needless to say, he didn't quite like it. I thought it was perfectly cooked, he thought it to be way too salty. Oysters and wedge salad were good, and my Chilean Sea Bass was decent, but I have had better. Bread basket, I could do without, not impressive, and cocktails were ok. However, I was impressed by their Murano chandelier that hangs in one of the private dining rooms, only because I have had the pleasure to stare at the exact same one, but smaller, hanging in my parents dining room still to this day. Overall, it was nice quiet dinner, enjoying each other and of course sitting there all gussied up, but I would probably pass and make this a one and only time."^^ . "2016-03-21T00:00:00"^^ . "3"^^ .
