The entire experience here has been horrible. I guess I will take the blame for picking the one car in the lot that had issues, btw I bought a 2015 Hyundai genesis. Love the type of car unfortunately just picked the wrong car.\n\n I have had problem after problem with the vehicle. I don't know if its just me, but when a constant warning beep is sounding everyday, through every drive, I take my car in. Its the most obnoxious beeping sound. The service department had the nerve to tell me that \" I didn't have to bring it in because it wasn't a engine warning\" what are you serious? I'm just suppose to drive it like this? That was only one time, I've also taken it in for recalls made, left it there for days. Its been there for some other error message to do with the gas tank, I took it in 3 times for that one problem. Continuously leaving me without a vehicle for those days. They did get me a rental car for a week once,when they had my car for another reason. That was nice considering its only been there 10 times in last 8 months.\n\n Maybe the staff is unexperienced, but after contacting the general manager because once again I have another warning sound, I told him this was ridiculous and I am ready to negotiate a trade in value or full vehicle credit. His only response was very smug and rude \" Well then you better go back to the state you got it from and there was nothing further he could do\" Really that's your Customer Service Mr. Alec .I haven't received any resolution and my car is still beeping what a disaster. In other words if you have access to another dealership please go there."^^ . . "1"^^ . "4"^^ . .
