On Monday, April 30, having still not received a reply to my yelp message, I called directly. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday May 2 at 9am. \n\nWednesday came around and while it was rainy in the rest of the valley, my neighborhood was not too wet. 9am came and went and I received no phone call or text message as to them running behind. At 9:56 (an hour last appointment time) I reached out and asked if we needed to reschedule. I got a text message back saying the rain set them back and they would reschedule. Totally fine, I even look past the lack of communication on their part. I asked when we could reschedule for and got no response. \n\nI called again the next day, Thursday. They asked what day would work best for me and I initially said The coming Sunday. He agreed at first and then said nevermind, he had a family function to attend. He suggested Monday at 1pm to which I agreed.\n\nMonday morning I sent a text message to confirm the appointment. I never got a response. 1pm came around and still nothing. I called at 1:22 and got voicemail. I left a message and got a text 17 mins later saying they were yet again running behind. I again expressed it wasn't a big deal but that I wish I had an update. I asked for an estimate on a new time and as of this writing (3 PM) I still have no response. I tried one more time to call and was met with a message stating the number was not accepting messages.\n\nDidn't realize it was this hard to GIVE a company your business..."^^ . .
